Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Limited recommends the use of personal protective equipment during skating activities. Where we have a few sets of elbow/knee/wrist guards and helmets, we recommend that you bring/wear your own. Wearing protective equipment will greatly reduce the chance of injury due to a fall I collision. Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Limited accepts no responsibility for injury caused by a fall / collision which would have otherwise not occurred if protective equipment had been worn.

Persons using their own skates and equipment are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of such, and Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Limited cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or injury caused by such skates and equipment to yourself, a third party or property of Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Limited.

Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Limited reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Limited or their representatives.

People skating do so entirely at their own risk, and Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Limited cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by in house structures, objects, or by actions of other skaters.

No skates to be worn up and down the stairs to visit the WC.

No drinks to be taken into the studio room. Drinks in changing room only 

Alcohol is not permitted until after your session has ended

Poles will be left up for your safety to grab on to if needed

I agree to use my shoes as a deposit for hiring skates, and any protective equipment that I use. If I do not return hire skates or protective equipment. I agree that my shoes will be held until such time as I have reimbursed Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Limited for the missing skates or protective equipment.

*Missing skates could be charged up to £50.00, Helmets £20.00, Wrist Guards £5.00, Elbow Pads £5.00, Knee Pads £5.00

PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS

We highly recommend that you do not take part in skating activity if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart, back, or neck problems, brittle bones, joint injuries or any other condition that could be aggravated by this activity. If you are, or suspect you might be pregnant you should not take part in this activity

All participants will sign a waiver on arrival however please see the below information which is included on this waiver form:

I, the participant, hereby assume all of the risks of participating in any and all activities associated with Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Roller Discos. This includes, but is not limited to, any risks that may arise from negligence or property carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, and/or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. 

I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in the activities that take place at Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Roller Discos. 

I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for exhaustion, minor injuries, or even fatal injuries. In the case of any form of injury or issue, Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd assumes no responsibility for bills or costs that arise from this. 

I acknowledge that this Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Roller Discos Accident and Release of Liability Waiver will be used by Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity. 

I acknowledge that Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd is NOT responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf. I agree to follow all rules and dress-codes that are posted or stated by an employee while on the property of Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd. 

I acknowledge that Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items on Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd's property. 

The Participant acknowledges, understands, and agrees that roller skating is an inherently dangerous and physically demanding activity. 

The participating skater assumes full responsibility for property damage, any risk of injury, or death while participating in activities in this establishment. 

The poles will be kept up for your own safety which provides an extra support if you should feel the need to hold on to something. 

The Participant hereby waives any and all claims including, but not limited to, bodily injury (including death) and personal property damages they may have against Pole Twisters Ltd, its parents, subsidiaries, partners, and affiliates. 

Furthermore, the participant hereby waives any and all claims including, but not limited to, bodily injury and personal property damage they may have against Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd’s sponsors and their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from arising out of Participant’s use of Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd and all surrounding areas. 

The Participant permits Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd, its parents, subsidiaries, partners, and affiliates to use any photographs, video recordings, or any other records taken while on Twisted Hen & Stag Parties Ltd’s property for publicity, advertising, or any other legitimate purpose, without compensation to the Participant. 

BY TICKING THIS, I AGREE TO THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF ALL CLAIMS. 

I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM RELEASING TWISTED HEN & STAG PARTIES LTD FROM ANY CLAIMS FOR NEGLIGENCE AND DAMAGES, AND AGREE TO THE OTHER TERMS OF THIS DOCUMENT. 

BY TICKING, I ALSO AGREE TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED TO EQUIPMENT CAUSED BY ABUSE OR MISUSE. 

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND TWISTED HEN & STAG PARTIES AND THAT IF AFFECTS MY LEGAL RIGHTS. 

I AM TICKING THIS INFORMATION OF MY OWN FREE WILL. A PHYSICAL OR ELECTRIC COPY OF THIS DOCUMENT IS AUTHENTIC AND IS AS EFFECTIVE AS THE ORIGINAL AND DOES NOT EXPIRE
