- Twisted Hen & Stag Parties trades under Pole Twisters Ltd
- Pole Twisters Ltd Magic Mike Shows and Ladies Nights are a male revue show specially designed for Hen Parties, Birthday Parties and Girl’s Nights Out.
- The show is designed for ladies over the age of 18. The show may contain adult language, full nudity, strobe lighting, smoke and pyrotechnics and stage effects. If the show is held on licensed premises, under 18’s will not be permitted
- Entertainers may perform on floor level or on a stage if available at the venue. While the acts are performing, you are asked to stay seated unless requested by an entertainer to join them on stage.
- Performers do use baby oil, lotion etc so please take care when approaching them as Pole Twisters Ltd, accept responsibility for any damage or cleaning to clothing.
- Pole Twisters Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property i.e: cameras, mobile phones, handbags etc.
- All venues are aware that you are on a hen/birthday party or a girls night out, they know the emphasis is on fun but have the right to terminate any activity for dangerous, violent or inappropriate behaviour. If you are deemed to be breaking the venues rules, your tickets will be invalid and you will be removed from the venue and no refund will be given.
- We accept no liability for any incident that occurs by any group member whilst under the influence of drink or drugs. The use of drugs will not be permitted and if found using or in possession of you will be ejected from the venue and the Police will be contacted.
- Temporary parking facilities must be made available as close as possible to the entertainment area.
- Provision must be made for access to and from the entertainment area during the set-up and take down periods.
- If the function is held in a marquee on a grassed area, adequate dry access to the entertainment area must be made available.
- The entertainer will not, under any circumstances, carry equipment through or over muddy, frozen, saturated or dangerous slippery surfaces.
- The entertainer will require adequate washing and changing facilities prior to the function.
- The entertainer would appreciate food and refreshments prior to the start of the function and/or during the break in any sets.
- Adequate lighting must be supplied to the entertainer area to enable set-up and take down.
- The client shall be responsible for the provision of mains electricity in the performing area. Should this be provided via a generator, it must be regulated.
- The client shall be responsible for a sound system at the venue or DJ booth with aux cable or bluetooth facilities.
- Guests, food and drink must be kept away from the entertainer's equipment.
- Children must not be allowed to enter the area at any time.
- The adjustment of the volume and sound level of any equipment shall be as the customer reasonably requires.
- The entertainer warrants that all equipment is in good working order, and fit for its purpose, and that no part of the performance is likely to be a danger to the entertainer or any other person/s.
- Entertainers will require time to take down and remove all equipment from the venue.
- Pole Twisters Ltd cannot be held liable or accountable to acts of nature, terrorism or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Pole Twisters Ltd will never pass or distribute any client's personal or financial information to any third party as in compliance with the 1984 & 1998 UK Data Protection Acts.
- Clothing - Customers are not permitted to remove their clothing unless previously agreed by the performer
- Entertainers – any entertainers you ask for are only a request and dependent on your area. We can not guarantee you will get the entertainer/s you have asked for on the night, due to availability or finding replacements. All of our entertainers are professional and provide an excellent service.
- Contact – Your entertainer will be supplied with the organisers contact number 7 days prior to your booking to discuss any finer details for the show. The entertainer will also call or text the organiser on the day or when outside the venue to be shown into the venue.
- Code of Conduct – Please be polite to our performers/instructors, as they will be to you and please refrain from propositioning our performers as this may result in the cancellation of the performance with no refund. The organiser of the event is responsible for the performer’s safety unless Pole Twisters ltd have provided security.
- Loss or Damages - Pole Twisters ltd accepts no responsibility for losses or damages incurred throughout a performance unless the performer is deemed liable through negligence. If any persons at the event damage any equipment or property of Pole Twisters, the organiser is deemed liable to replace any damaged equipment and will be charged accordingly. The organiser is responsible to clean up any spillages the performer makes or any marks/mess to the venue.
- Pictures/Videos - Photographs & videos are permitted unless the performer clearly states to not be included in any close-up shots. Please respect if any of our entertainers request no photos, especially if nudity is involved. Performers are happy to pose for pictures after their performance. All photos/videos taken by our performers of your entertainment may be included on our social media / website.
- Securing a Booking – Bookings are made by securing a deposit (amount agreed by email) over the telephone with a debit/credit card. All deposits are non-refundable. Remainder payment is paid on arrival to the entertainer/s for stag do's (unless otherwise agreed to pre-pay). If we are unable to provide a local performer and travel is required we will quote you the extra amount, if this is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, usually 3-5 working days. Dance party remainder payments are paid 7 days prior to the party date and minimum amount is subject to a minimum of 8 persons. All replies & confirmation are made by email and/or telephone. Please note - card details are retained for all bookings and these details are safely disposed of after the event date.
- Entertainers Illness & No Show - sometimes one or two entertainers drop out due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Pole Twisters Ltd will try to replace the entertainer but in some cases, the event will still go ahead with less entertainers. Pole Twisters Ltd will not be held responsible for advertising or posters designed specifically for the event or any of the organisers customers complaints and refunds.
- Cancellations / Refunds – All deposits are non-refundable unless our performer/s do not show up, where you will receive a partial refund subject to a £20 administration fee. Should you chose to cancel your booking within 7 days or less before your event date, full payment is required and this fee will be debited from the Debit or Credit Card that you made the original booking with. Any bookings made abroad which are cancelled within 7 days or less, our performers will require that their travel, accommodation and any other pre-arranged fees will be obtained.
- Late Arrivals or No Shows – Pole Twisters ltd cannot be responsible for making up time if the customers group is late. However, if the entertainer arrives late, time will be made up. Should your entertainer not inform us or the client that they are unable to make the event and fail to show up, a partial refund will be made subject to a £20 administration fee.
- Date/Time/Venue Changes – Changes can be made to the entertainers start time or date, however there will be an admin charge of £20.
- It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the venue manager/owner is happy to receive our entertainment and entertainers. Should our entertainers show up and be turned away, the entertainers fee must still be paid cash on arrival, with or without providing her/their show.
- Complaints Procedure – All complaints MUST be made on the night and before the entertainer leaves. If you have any grievance, please immediately text our office mobile telephone number to discuss your complaint. Any complaints made after the entertainer has left must be made in writing/emailed where we may agree on a goodwill gesture.
- Venues - our entertainers / instructors can travel to your own venue or we can locate a venue on your behalf (subject to an administration charge, agreed via email). Should the venue of your choice become unavailable after a deposit is made, we will strive to locate a similar venue nearby or provide transportation to/from the venue if required. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the venue of the type of entertainment we are providing and any subsequent damages / mess is the responsibility of the customer, not Pole Twisters ltd.
- By booking an entertainer via Twisted Hen & Stag Parties, you are thus affirming to the Terms and Conditions as aforementioned.
