How do I book a cocktail masterclass service?
There are 3 ways you can book:

Once you have booked our brilliant service a confirmation will be sent via email, to confirm all the details you have provided alongside the receipt of payment. If any adjustments need to be made, please let us know at least 14 days in advance.
How do I pay?
We offer various payment methods at time of booking. Our secure Worldpay or Zinc email link, which is sent to your email address or over the phone with a debit/credit card is one of our most frequently used payment method
Booking a Cocktail masterclass will be a £100 deposit which is non-refundable
All other bookings may vary depending on what service you have booked, you will be advised of the amount when booking.
The remaining balance of your booking is due 14 days before your event. Once again you can either pay this via a new Worldpay link, or over the phone, a reminder will be set out just a few days before. If you booking is in less that 14 days you will be required to pay the full balance.

Can I change the number of guests?
Yes, we are able to adjust the number of guests that will be attending. Please inform us of the final numbers no less than 14 days prior to your booking. If you wish to add additional guests closer to the booking date, that’s absolutely fine. The minimum amount of people that we can cater for a cocktail class is 8 guests.
Do I need to supply anything?
No! All alcohol, fruit, ice and glassware is provided. If you wish to drink further to the cocktail class, than additional alcohol is required for personal consumption.
Will the cocktail class come to a hired venue/house?
Yes! Your mixologist will come to any venue that you choose, providing that the venue itself has given full permission for your mixologist to attend. Typically a house/flat, hen houses, cottages and private rooms in bars are popular venues for the mixologists to attend. A large dining table is perfect to host the cocktail class, however if not available than a kitchen work surface is equally good.
Does he bring a mobile bar?
Yes. For an additional £199.00, the mixologist can bring his very own bar to the class. If you wish to add this to the service, please let us know via email or over the phone when booking.
What does my cocktail class involve?
Make the most of your cocktail class with learning the ins and outs to cocktail making.
Depending on the size of your group, you will be split into two teams making up to 3 cocktails per person.
All ice, glassware, alcohol and fruit is provided and the mixologist will arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to get everything set up and ready for the class.
Once I’ve booked can I change the time of my booking?
Yes, once you have booked time changes can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the booking. Any amendments to bookings made within the 2 weeks can not be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Can I add a butler to my booking?
Of course you can! Make the most of your cocktail class by adding a gorgeous buff Butler to your booking.
Our butlers,who will be on hand to meet and greet guests, serve any drinks/canapés, if ingredients are provided the butler can mix up cocktails. The butlers can also organise group photos and partake and host party games. Our Naked Butlers have some great party game ideas they can organise/assist with, either ones you already planned for the night or ones our butlers suggest, this will be a great addition to your cocktail class.
